Hi, my name is Morgan Martin (Wakley is my maiden name)! I created WakleyHollow Designs back in 2009 when I graduated high school. It was something for me to do while I was in college studying to be a Fashion Merchandiser. It was a little side project making handmade cards that kept me busy for years, then gradually worked its way up with other types of crafts and now my latest project I am most proud of are making glitter tumblers!

I graduated with an Associates of Business Degree in Fashion Merchandising in 2012! I have worked in retail for 11 years. A couple of my favorite jobs have been Assistant Manager for Charming Charlie, Visual Team Leader and Keyholder at Bath & Body Works, and also my Stock Supervisor role at Michael Kors was amazing!

Although I love working in fast-pace environments and working with a sales team, it has always been my dream to open up my own boutique one day. Many of us have fallen on some pretty tough times recently, and our family has had our own share. I am fortunate to have my husband and two boys' support in keeping my dream for this business alive! I could not have done it without my husband. Hard decisions and sacrifices were made along the way that we both had to make compromises for. He even put up with me taking over his tool bench with all my crafting and glitter! I currently have a workshop in our garage and one in the basement so I can work on as many projects that I can with having two small boys (Acen, 3 and Brexley, 1) that keep me VERY busy!

I am so fortunate that I've had tremendous support from my friends and family over the years. This is something that I am very passionate about and hope that my customers can see the love that I put into this boutique. Each item is picked with intense detailing and to make sure that it is the right fit for WakleyHollow! I feel strongly about empowering women to feel beautiful about themselves and comfortable to express who they are.
